Thank you for posting this. It is too often one fails to look before they leap. You have definately written something that will save some heartache and sanity by going through it yourself, and posting your experiences in such an informative way. You have probably ticked off a lot of real estate owners trying to sell who might possible nor have been so forthcomming with this type of information. Hope your projects in the future are a success.
